Valorant Tools - Terms

These terms of use (the "Terms of Use") set out the legal duties of the parties with respect to the use of our services and of Valorant Tools (the “Site” or “App”). Please read them carefully before using this website.
Note: Valorant Tools ("VLT") is an independent platform for players. We are not associated or affiliated with any game publisher, developer, platform, or trademark owner, specifically Riot Games. All game titles, logos, and assets belong to their respective owners. VLT provides free tools, community resources, and information for home or personal use only. We do not provide cheats, exploits, or modifications that interfere with fair gameplay or violate the Riot Games Terms of Service.
The Agreement
These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between you (referred to hereinafter as "you," "your," or "user") and the operating entity of Valorant Tools (referred to hereinafter as "VLT," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our Site and any services (including, without limitation, store tracking, rank checking, match statistics, crosshair databases, agent guides, and other tools) that may be offered at our Site now or in the future (the "Services"). References to "our Site" include, where applicable, the Services.
You should also review our Privacy Policy before using this Site.
By using our Site you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. We may amend these Terms of Use from time to time, and you agree to be bound by any such amendments. Where material changes are made, we will post a notice on the Site and update the "Last Updated" date. You should review these Terms of Use each time you use our Site.
VLT provides general information and utilities only. Nothing on the Site should be taken as any form of professional advice, warranty, or endorsement. The content, information, articles, links, pictures, graphics, tool outputs, and other information contained on this Site are for information and entertainment purposes only.
1. Use Restrictions
All information, content and materials contained or offered on our Site are our copyrighted property or the copyrighted property of our content suppliers, licensors or licensees. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and trade dress are proprietary to us and/or our content suppliers, licensors or licensees. No content or material from our Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way that violates these Terms of Use or applicable law.
You agree that you will only use our Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You shall not use or attempt to use our Site for any improper or unlawful purpose including, without limitation, to interfere with, disrupt, or breach the security of our Site; to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, bypass rate limits, or distribute cheats/exploits; or to upload or share content that infringes others' rights or applicable laws.
If you submit user-generated content ("UGC"), such as crosshair codes, agent lineups, skin collections, or feedback, you grant VLT a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Services. You represent and warrant that you own all rights to your submissions.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. This Site is not intended or designed to attract children under the age of 13.
2. Links to Third Party Websites
When you are on our Site you could be directed to third party websites (including Riot Games official sites, community hubs, or partners). You acknowledge that the site you will land on is not controlled by us and different terms shall apply. VLT is not responsible for those websites or their associated content.
3. Electronic Communications
By contacting us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (via e-mail or site notices). You agree that all electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
4. Your Account
An account may be required to access certain Services (e.g., personalized store tracking). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to deactivate your account if you breach these Terms or harm the Services.
5. Paid Service
At present, VLT provides its Services free of charge. If in the future any VLT Service becomes a Paid Service, we will notify you in advance and clearly disclose pricing and refund rules. Paid Services may be processed by third-party payment providers.
6. Policy Restrictions
You will not impair or damage our Site or connected networks. Using automated systems (spiders, bots) to access the Site in a manner that exceeds reasonable human usage is prohibited, except for public search engines creating searchable indices. Uploading or distributing cheats, hacks, or tools designed to manipulate Valorant gameplay is strictly prohibited.
7. DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES ON OUR SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE SITE IS FREE OF VIRUSES.
TOOL OUTPUTS (INCLUDING STORE ROTATIONS, RANK TRACKING, CROSSHAIR CODES, AND AGENT GUIDES) MAY BE INACCURATE, OUTDATED OR INCOMPLETE AND ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
USERS SHOULD INDEPENDENTLY VERIFY DATA (SUCH AS IN-GAME STORE PRICES) BEFORE RELYING ON IT.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any losses, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your use of our Site, or (c) your user-generated content that violates third-party rights.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OUR SITE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OR LEGALITY OF MATERIAL DISPLAYED OR FOR INTERRUPTIONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSES OF ACTION SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED HKD 800 (OR USD 100 EQUIVALENT).
10. General Provisions
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.. Any dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in accordance with the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules. The language of arbitration shall be English or Chinese.
Any cause of action against us must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues.
